MBS Tooling services offers a complete tooling package from component design through to finished tool.

Using industry standard CAD software (CATIA V5 for example) we can offer total design on all tooling to customer requirements.

For injection moulding, flow analysis can be carried out prior to tool design to ensure best results.

Inspection can be carried out using either CMM or laser tracker.

Machining is carried out on one of many CNC milling machines. 

The largest tool undertaken to date weighed 125 tonnes.

Our Electroforming facility boost many nickel and copper electroforming vats.

During 2009 this facility will be increased with the addition of a large nickel vat of 7m * 4m * 2.5m deep.
